To slow down and create the intention is at the root of this interdisciplinary workshop presented by Center Program artist Connie Noyes. During the workshop, she will collaborate with participants to transform old habits and awaken the body to discover what's hidden or undiscovered in "shadow" places to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and your unique creative flux. Using verbal prompts, participants will improvise with drawing, movement, and sound. We will move away from answers to invite more questions in the spirit of continuous change. Bring a notebook and wear loose fitting clothes you can easily move in. This workshop is for adults and teens of all experience levels and abilities.
It's now more important than ever to ensure diversity in and access to the visual arts.
